Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Our Response to a Valid DMCA Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will take the following actions:

• Prompt Removal or Disabling Access: We will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

• Notification: We may notify the content provider or user who posted the material, informing them of the removal and providing them an opportunity to respond.

• Record Keeping: We will maintain records of the notice and our actions in accordance with applicable laws.

Counter-Notification Procedure

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us of legal action to restrain the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and to maintain compliance with our Google AdSense monetization, Recipe Menu reserves the right to terminate access or accounts of users who are deemed repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is any user who has been notified of infringing activity more than twice or has had content removed multiple times for copyright violations.
